Cyclone Ellie - where is Tyto Tony?

Our blogging colleague Tyto Tony looks like he is being lashed by Cyclone Ellie. (Previous misspelling now corrected - DJW)
Lets hope he and the Tyto Wetlands come through this OK.
By all reports, this is a relatively modest Cyclone. Lets hope so. For reference, look for Ingham, roughly south from Tully (which is clearly visible on the map), and west from Palm Island . It is hard to see, on this map, because of the heavy rain falling, hence the dark blue mark over Ingham.

No doubt Tony will tell us all, soon enough.

An update from the man himself:

Hi Denis,

Be of good cheer. Lots more rain, but little more flooding of consequence. Though Tyto's well under again. Now awaiting tail end of Ellie (downgraded to tropical low).

The BOM radar chart looks even worse this morning. Hope Tony hasn't washed away!

Hi Mick
The ABC News has just said that the "Township of Ingham is preparing itself for major flooding" (sic).
Lets hope they all manage OK.

Good News, Tony.
Just a lot of Mopping up, ahead, now, I suppose.
I was concerned your caravan might have floated away.
Looking forward to some of your photos of the wetness.
Cheers
Denis
